The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all finishing operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, production targets, and customer requirements. The role involves managing manpower, monitoring finishing processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations
- Supervise daily finishing activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor finishing processes such as deburring, grinding, polishing, buffing, powder coating, painting, assembly, packing, and inspection.
- Ensure smooth workflow and optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of finishing and quality inspection processes.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
