Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing (Tier 1 / Prime Vendors)

What You’ll Do:
· Own the Account: Identify and secure high-volume partnerships with Tier 1 Prime Vendors and MSPs.
· Build a roadmap to penetrate new markets and scale existing networks.
· Work closely with our recruiters to ensure our talent exceeds Tier 1 standards.
Who You Are:
· 3–5+ years of IT staffing grit with deep knowledge of the Prime Vendor/Sub-vendor model.
· You understand tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and can qualify complex technical requirements with ease.
