Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify reliable suppliers, request quotes, compare offers, and negotiate contracts for favorable pricing and terms.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and resolve issues regarding shortages or damaged goods.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and supplier performance, and produce regular reports.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse staff and suppliers to oversee material receiving.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Communication: Strong communication skill
- Education: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
