About CloudiQS
CloudiQS is an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, headquartered in the UK, holding AWS Competencies in Generative AI, Migration, Microsoft Workloads, Education and SMB. We are building out our India team and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to own the people function locally as we scale.
The Role
You will be the first dedicated HR hire in India, responsible for the full employee lifecycle for our growing India-based team, working closely with our UK Head of HR. A core part of this role is leading the recruitment and development of AWS technical talent cloud engineers, architects and delivery staff so proven experience hiring AWS/cloud professionals is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, sourcing and onboarding of AWS technical talent (cloud engineers, architects, DevOps, delivery)
- Build and run the technical hiring pipeline, from sourcing to offer
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax) and benefits
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR policies in line with Indian labour law
- Handle employee relations, performance management and engagement
- Partner with UK leadership on workforce planning and team development
- Support contractor and PAYE/consultant arrangements where relevant
Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
- Proven experience recruiting AWS / cloud technical talent
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹20,414.20 per month
