Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. Freshers who are interested in building their career in the pharma and healthcare industry and have a basic understanding of business development and sales processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Understand client requirements and present company services
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Confident, presentable, and eager to learn
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
Eligibility
Freshers: B.Pharm or Science background (preferred for candidates interested in working in the pharma industry)
Experienced Candidates: Any relevant qualification
Freshers with BDE knowledge can apply
Surat local candidates preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
