Position: Customer Support Associate (Full-Time | Remote)
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹11,000/month (during probation period)
Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply
Working days: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM to 7 PM
Note: Immediate Joiners are preferred

Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can take ownership of customer interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience while working independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, social media, and other customer support portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer success.
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Respond to customers professionally, empathetically, and in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.
- Support day-to-day customer support operations and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions through emails and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Prior customer support experience, including internships, is a plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working remotely.
