We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed business targets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare performance reports.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing key deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide support for complex sales situations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
