We are looking for Front Office Associate specifically have an experience in Star Category Hotel / Hospitality Industry, who is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with various guest needs.
- Candidates only from Hotel Industry Experience can Apply.
Min 01 yrs Experience in a reputed Star Hotel.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
- Taking and managing reservations, including booking changes and cancellations.
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing keys.
- Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services.
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring accurate billing and processing guest payments.
- Answering phones, directing calls, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
- Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
- Female & Male Candidates Preferred.
- Food & Accommodation will be provided if its needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
