Key Responsibilities
* Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to convert qualified leads into successful customers
* Plan and execute targeted calling strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the company’s service portfolio
* Maintain accurate customer interaction records and sales pipeline updates through CRM systems
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales pitches and improve conversion rates
* Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively to build trust and close deals
* Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
* Support, guide, and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–5 years of proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the digital, tech, or online services sector
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
* Excellent relationship-building and customer handling skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking
* Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
* Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business goals
* Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
