We're Hiring – Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations
- Lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities
- Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Professionally explain healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients
- Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, Hospital, Clinic, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Healthcare IT industry
- Knowledge of HMIS, EMR/EHR, Medical Billing, or Healthcare Operations
