Role Summary
To ensure effective post-dispatch follow-up with customers (primarily farmers) and Channel/Installation Partner for confirmation of material receipt, escalate issues if any, guide customers with installation information, and maintain accurate documentation in designated systems. Ability to proficiently handle a daily outbound call volume of up to 80 to customers, channel partners, and installers, ensuring flawless execution.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA)
1. Post-Dispatch Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to customers with clarity and approximately 2–3 days after material dispatch to confirm receipt.
- Record customer responses accurately in the designated Google Sheet.
- In case customer is not reachable:
- Attempt contact once daily for 3 consecutive days.
- Update status as "Customer Not Reachable" in the Google Sheet.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Reporting Manager (RM) regarding material,
- Not Received, Shortage or Breakage: RM to follow-up with Warehouse Manager or Channel Partner via phone call and email.
- Not Working: RM to coordinate with Service Team via phone call and email.
2. Communication to Customer
- Send WhatsApp/SMS to customers acknowledging receipt of materials (only if there's no issue like shortage, breakage, or non-functional item).
- Resend acknowledgment message after issue resolution.
- Send WhatsApp instructions for product installation and update status in the Google Sheet.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information courteously.
3. Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in Google Sheets related to calls, confirmations, escalations, and message communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical:
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage WhatsApp communication through web interface

Work Schedule
