We are building a modern backend and AI-driven automation team and are looking for a motivated fresher who wants to learn and grow in digital marketing and lead generation.
This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founder and learn how real B2B lead generation systems are built using automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach and connection building
- Support cold email campaigns (data upload, follow-ups)
- Collect and clean prospect data using tools
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Help manage outreach campaigns and track responses
- Learn and work with automation tools (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (even theoretical is fine)
- Good written English communication
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Comfortable working with tools and spreadsheets
- Self-driven attitude
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or email marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, ChatGPT, etc.
