The School Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of processes, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination between staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
- Handle student admissions, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth functioning.
- Maintain school records, files, and databases (student and staff).
- Ensure compliance with education board regulations (CBSE Board).
- Oversee front office operations, inquiries, and parent communication.
- Manage scheduling, timetables, and school calendar activities.
- Supervise support staff (peons, security, housekeeping, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics for events, exams, and school programs.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communication.
- Assist in fee collection coordination and basic financial documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure.
