Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Manage manpower and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation
Candidate Requirements
For Civil Supervisor
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and project execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day construction activities independently
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
