Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance for a growing renewable energy company. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial controls, and accounting systems, preferably with experience in the Solar, EPC, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with regulatory obligations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports
- Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and internal financial controls
- Assist management in strategic financial decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Experience in the Solar, EPC, Construction, or Manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
