Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
- Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
- Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
