Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Bike Mandatory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with customers in an assigned territory. This is a field-based role that involves daily travel, client visits, and hands-on sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Sell products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns in the field.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting product benefits and features.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and trade shows as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and mobile apps.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
- Fluency in local language; English communication is a plus.
