US IT Recruiter Intern (Paid Internship)
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office / Hybrid)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to build a career in US IT Recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required. During the internship, you will receive hands-on training in the complete US staffing process and work with experienced recruiters on live client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Learn the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients.
- Learn US work authorization types (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's degree (2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in the US shift
