Job Title: Purchase Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure timely material availability, maintain vendor relationships, and optimize purchasing costs while meeting quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, and operational requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/planning teams.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Track supplier performance and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Handle vendor agreements and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing materials and cost control.
Preferred:
- Experience in Labels / Packaging / Printing / RFID and Flexo Printing industry will be preferred.
