Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and focused Business Development Executive to expand our market presence across GCC countries. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role requires someone who’s confident on calls, comfortable traveling, and passionate about closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities across GCC countries - UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and field visits. Convert leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the main point of contact.
- Prepare proposals, conduct product/service presentations, and negotiate deals to closure.
- Collect market insights, competitor data, and client feedback to help improve offerings.
- Be willing to travel frequently across GCC countries for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on pipeline, sales activities, and targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or relevant field. GCC market experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory in any discipline..
- Excellent English speaking + communication skills mandatory. Hindi and Arabic are highly preferable for GCC client interaction.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Confident on calls and in client meetings.
- Must be willing and able to travel across all GCC countries as required. Valid passport preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
