The Location Manager will be responsible for driving business performance in the Khammam location by managing Sales Managers (SMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs). The role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective channel management, including DSA-driven business for SMs and direct business generation for ROs. The incumbent will oversee field operations, team productivity, and customer service quality to ensure strong business outcomes.

Lead, supervise, and support Sales Managers and Relationship Officers to achieve monthly business targets.

Monitor daily productivity, field activities, and funnel management of the team.

Conduct regular review meetings, performance discussions, and provide coaching where required.

Drive location-level business through effective DSA (Direct Selling Agent) engagement for SMs.

Strengthen direct sourcing channels for ROs by enhancing market presence and customer acquisition strategies.

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the business footprint.

Identify, onboard, and nurture active DSAs to ensure steady business inflow.

Track DSA performance, compliance, and engagement levels.

Ensure DSAs follow company policies, documentation processes, and quality controls.

Guide ROs in generating direct leads through field visits, references, and local tie-ups.

Ensure adherence to sourcing guidelines, customer KYC norms, and credit processes.

Support ROs in building strong customer relationships to enhance portfolio quality.

Ensure adherence to risk, credit, and operational guidelines at the location.

Monitor key parameters such as WIRR, lead quality, and documentation accuracy.

Maintain healthy portfolio quality by coordinating with Credit, Risk, and Collections teams.

Track competitor activities, market movements, and product offerings.

Provide regular feedback to management to support strategy formulation.

Ensure proper branch hygiene, documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance adherence.

Manage leave planning, discipline, and workforce availability based on business needs.
