Job Location: Mahape , Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Estimation , Marketing & Sales
- Developing good relation with Electrical Consultants, Architects & Generating Continuous Enquiry.
- Generating Enquiries, Directly from Clients (Like Builders, Industries, Contracting Co's etc.).
- Developing Good Relationship with Project Management Consultants.
- Should have Personal Contacts & networking with well known Electrical Consultants & Architects in and around Mumbai.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Estimation
- Detail study of Tender document & Drawings
- Making a list of discrepancies in Drawings & BOQ and getting clarifications from the client
- Getting Rates for all items from the supplier or from the market.
- Details study of Payment Terms EMD,BG,DD etc
- Revising & Resubmitting the BOQ’s
- quotation for the extra items to be prepared on priority basis along with Rate analysis.
