We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive cum Co-Pilot Intern to support our growth initiatives and assist in operational coordination. This hybrid role combines business development responsibilities with executive support, offering hands-on exposure to client interactions, strategy, and day-to-day business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Support in client communication and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help expand partnerships and business opportunities
Co-Pilot
- Work closely with drone pilots to support daily flight operations and mission execution
- Assist in planning and coordinating drone inspection projects and field activities
- Ensure smooth communication between field teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor flight schedules, track project progress, and maintain operational reports
- Support data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis from drone missions
- Assist in operational decision-making by providing structured data and insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of sales or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Interest in startups, technology, or renewable energy (if relevant)
