Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM / Any Bachelor's Degree with HR experience.
Experience
- 2–5 years in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

- First Shift
- Second Shift

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily attendance accuracy.
- Manpower availability.
- Recruitment closure within target timelines.
- Timely PF & ESI enrollments.
- Employee grievance resolution.
- HR report submission on time.
- Reduction in absenteeism.
- Compliance with statutory and company policies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support audits (ISO, Customer, Internal, and Statutory).
- Ensure employee discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate emergency response during the shift.
- Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
