Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing along with social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Generate leads through organic and paid digital marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to develop high-quality digital content.
- Track website, campaign, and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and audience growth.
- Support SEO activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
