Perform detailed electromagnetic simulations using ANSYS HFSS to analyze and optimize the performance of RCS , RF components, microwave circuits, and other high-frequency systems.
Develop and validate simulation models for various electromagnetic applications, including radar systems, wireless communication devices, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis.
Conduct parametric studies and sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of design variables on system performance.
Design Optimization:
Collaborate with design engineers to optimize the geometry, materials, and configurations of electromagnetic components.
Provide recommendations for design modifications to enhance system performance, reduce losses, and improve efficiency.
Utilize optimization techniques to meet specific design goals, such as minimizing return loss, improving radiation patterns, and enhancing signal integrity.
Model Development & Validation:
Develop accurate 3D models of electromagnetic structures using ANSYS HFSS and other relevant simulation tools.
Validate simulation results by comparing them with experimental data, measurements, or theoretical predictions.
Troubleshoot and refine simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, simulation summaries, and design guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
Document all simulation processes, methodologies, and assumptions to maintain a high standard of reproducibility and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RF engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate simulation results into the overall design process.
Communicate complex technical concepts and simulation results to non-experts in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in design reviews, providing insights from an electromagnetic simulation perspective.
Strong proficiency in ANSYS HFSS and other electromagnetic simulation tools with Knowledge of Python is must
Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory, RF/microwave engineering, and RCS.
Experience with simulation and optimization of high-frequency systems, including RCS, waveguides, and filters.
Familiarity with related tools such as CST Studio, MATLAB, or COMSOL Multiphysics is a plus.
