Job Role – Area Sales Manager (ASM) | Lucknow

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Expand market reach by appointing new distributors and developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective execution of promotional activities.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Submit regular sales and market reports to management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Lucknow and surrounding market.
- Experience in distributor management and team handling.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
