Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and presentable Personal Assistant to support the bride throughout wedding functions. The ideal candidate will act as a “shadow assistant,” ensuring the bride’s comfort, schedule, and requirements are managed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay with the bride at all times during events and functions
- Assist with outfit changes, jewelry handling, and overall appearance
- Carry and manage essentials (phone, makeup, touch-up kit, tissues, etc.)
- Coordinate with makeup artists, photographers, family members, and planners
- Ensure the bride is on schedule for all ceremonies and shoots
- Handle last-minute requirements calmly and efficiently
- Provide quick assistance with movements, entries, and stage coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Presentable, well-groomed, and polite personality
- Ability to stay alert, active, and attentive for long hours
- Prior experience in event assistance, hospitality, or personal assistance preferred
- Basic understanding of bridal wear and handling (preferred)
- Flexible and quick problem-solving attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
