Job Summary:
The Sales/Admin Executive supports the sales team while handling administrative tasks related to real estate operations. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, sales team, and internal departments, along with maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in lead management and client coordination
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain and update client database, leads, and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and booking forms
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and property showings
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operational tasks
- Handle MIS reports, sales reports, and data tracking
- Support in marketing activities and campaign coordination
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of legal and sales records
- Coordinate with accounts, legal, and CRM teams
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th Pass
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales support or admin role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Basic understanding of real estate processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Coordination and follow-up skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
