Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide timely assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers use our software products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote support.
- Assist customers with software installation, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the technical team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Guide customers on product features and best practices.
- Coordinate with the development and testing teams for bug reporting and issue tracking.
- Provide product demonstrations and user training whenever required.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the product team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or SaaS products will be an added advantage.
