Job summary
GTM Systems owns the platform the go-to-market motion runs on — the data model, the automation, and the release discipline behind it. We're building a team that governs that platform end to end, not one that maintains it reactively.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be put on point for a department: you'll own its domain of the platform, run its projects, and own the partner relationship behind them. This is an owner/operator role — we trust you to scope the outcome, design the solution, deliver it, and stand behind it. You'll set standards, drive best practices, and keep your domain reliable and ready to scale.
What you will do
- Own a domain of the platform end to end — its configuration, automation, backlog, and roadmap
- Run projects from intake to delivery, and scope the business outcome before designing the solution
- Configure and maintain your domain's clouds and the GTM systems around them
- Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts as reusable patterns, not one-offs
- Own end-to-end delivery: design, build, test, deploy, maintain
- Own quality: design tests, run UAT, and validate before release
- Work alongside AI-assisted tooling for configuration, testing, and documentation, and apply judgment to validate what it produces
- Uphold the data model as a shared contract across GTM — changes to fields, objects, and picklist values run through GTM Systems governance
- Partner with your domain's stakeholders, and run the working session yourself when a project calls for it
- Refactor legacy automation into performant Flows
- Maintain documentation standards: metadata catalog, decision records, deployment notes
- Collaborate on integrations with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo)
What you will have
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, from an administration or development background, in enterprise orgs
- A product mindset: systems thinking, process thinking, outcome thinking, you interrogate the business problem before reaching for config
- Advanced configuration skills (Flows, automation, data model, sharing) and strong troubleshooting
- Domain expertise in either revenue operations (lead-to-cash, quoting and contracting) or post-sale customer operations (service, support, success)
- A disciplined approach to quality, you test your own work and don't call it done until it's proven
- Comfort with AI-assisted admin tooling and the judgment to validate what it generates
- Communication that holds up with stakeholders, clear in writing, composed running a room
Nice to have

- Generous time off policies
