The Operations Manager will lead end-to-end execution of Krishna Ashraya activities, ensuring structured coordination, consistent delivery, and measurable growth across outreach, courses, training, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Execution
· Oversee Book Distribution, Nagar Sankirtan, House Sankirtan Programs, Arunodaya Kirtan, and Pilgrimages
· Ensure consistency, participation growth, and quality
2. Course Management
· Coordinate Srila Prabhupada Ashraya, Harinaam Diksha Courses
· Track enrollments, attendance, and completion
3. Volunteer & Festival Operations
· Manage Regular Temple Services, Janmashtami and Vaikuntha Ekadashi volunteer services
2. CEC (Community Empowerment Center – Village Preaching Program)
· Oversee planning and execution of village preaching initiatives
· Ensure structured delivery of programs for children and communities
· Track reach, attendance, and impact in villages
4. Team Coordination
· Work with initiative leads and conduct weekly reviews
· Ensure accountability and follow-ups
5. Digital & Platform Oversight
· Oversee Online Content, Chanters Club App, and Prabhupada Book Store (PBS) website
6. Training & Development
· Coordinate Instruments Training
Support volunteer onboarding
Reporting & Metrics
· Track program metrics and submit weekly/monthly reports

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
