ob Description: Junior Project Coordinator (Site Runner)Role Objective
To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of interior design sites by managing material flow, communicating instructions clearly to vendors, and maintaining site discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Coordination: Ensuring the right materials (tiles, hardware, paint, etc.) reach the site on time. You will handle local sourcing or follow up with vendors on deliveries.
- Information Bridge: Relaying sketches, measurements, and instructions from the owner/designer to the site workers and ensuring they understand them.
- Site Reporting: Taking daily photos/videos of progress and reporting any delays or issues immediately.
- Basic Quality Check: Verifying that the materials delivered match the order and that the site is kept clean and safe.
- Problem Solving: Handling small, immediate hurdles (e.g., a missing tool, a worker needing a specific screw) so the project doesn't stall.
What We Are Looking For
- High Learnability: You don't need to know everything about interiors yet, but you must be able to pick up technical terms and processes quickly.
- Street Smarts: The ability to negotiate with local vendors and manage different personalities on a construction site.
- Reliability: You are the person who shows up first and ensures things are moving.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp,, or simple apps to track progress and expenses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
