Experience Required:
3-8 years in field marketing, specifically in logistics or freight forwarding
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to develop targeted strategies.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach prospective clients in the region for logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Generate and qualify leads through on-ground activities, networking, and customer visits.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Field Marketing Activities:
- Visit potential clients and distributors regularly to promote company services.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, lead conversion, and market insights.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold the company’s reputation in the market.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
3-8 years in field marketing, with prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Others:
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
