Job Title: AI Automation Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven automation workflows.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Automate business processes using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrate APIs with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and other business applications.
- Develop scripts using Python or JavaScript for automation tasks.
- Create AI chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and LLM APIs.
- Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI agents and RAG-based applications.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, and Linux.
- Understanding of OCR, document automation, and chatbot development.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or IT infrastructure automation is a plus.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
