We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and energetic Waiter/Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper table setup and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Steward is mandator.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and well-groomed.
