Job Summary
Purplle is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors across Kerala. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup, and customer service. You will help customers discover products that suit their needs while delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty product recommendations
- Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits
- Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Stay updated on beauty trends and new product launches
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Prior experience in cosmetics, retail, or beauty sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty and customer engagement
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Malayalam fluency required; English/Hindi is an advantage
