Urgent Hiring – HR Recruiter (International Recruitment)
We are urgently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter – International Recruitment to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end international recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate client interviews
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, email campaigns, and networking
- Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships
- Support project execution, recruitment coordination, and onboarding activities
- Maintain candidate databases, reports, and recruitment trackers
- Achieve recruitment and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment, sales calling, client handling, or business development preferred
- Confidence in lead generation and outbound calling
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred
- Experience in international recruitment / overseas education / staffing industry is an added advantage
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
