Minimum 10 years of experience in construction especially in finishing or Gulf returned.
Developing and Implementing Quality Plans:
- Creating QA/QC procedures:Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures, including inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Reviewing project documentation:Evaluating project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure they align with quality standards.
- Monitoring compliance:Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Conducting audits:Performing regular audits of construction processes and materials to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conducting Inspections and Tests:
- Performing on-site inspections:Inspecting materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Witnessing testing:Overseeing and witnessing various testing procedures, such as material tests (e.g., concrete, steel, soil) and performance tests.
- Documenting findings:Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformances identified.
- Addressing Non-Conformities:
- Identifying non-conformances:Identifying and documenting any deviations from approved plans, specifications, or quality standards.
- Investigating root causes:Working with relevant teams to determine the underlying causes of non-conformances.
- Developing corrective actions:Recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformances and prevent future occurrences.
- Tracking non-conformance reports:Monitoring the status of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensuring timely closure of issues.
- Working with project teams:Collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
- Participating in meetings:Attending project meetings to discuss quality concerns, review progress, and coordinate activities.
