- Job Title: Associate Technical Project Manager
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
We are currently looking for smart and self-motivated Project Manager with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Excellent planning skills using common applications (i.e. Microsoft Project, CA Clarity, MS Project, Outlook)
Basic Duties, Roles and Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited up to:
- Experienced in the use of support tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
- Must have experience in Agile Project Management and played the role of Scrum Master,
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and must have excellent track record in achieving maximum productivity.
- Ability to create simple reports from complex data and also to resolve highly complex technical issues
- Proficiency with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to manage, coordinate, to translate business requirements into to a project team of technical professionals
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks based on business needs
- Convert key project strategies into actionable, individual tasks, activities and assignments
- Responsible for managing all aspects of IT (WEB/Mobility) projects 4 key parameters planning, cost, time and quality.
- Provide overall guidance on Mobile and Web IT projects.
- Apply required methodologies to ensure projects deliver on time.
- Mentor/ train team member resolve issues.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at the project level.
Required Skills:
- Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Ability to communicate well with all levels of management
- High level of proficiency and operational knowledge.
- Good analytical and conceptual skills to understand client requirements.
- Good to have worked in CMMi Level 3 or more compliant companies
- Detail oriented
- Time oriented.
- Leadership Skill.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
