Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – HR & Administration for our Taper Roller Manufacturing Plant. The candidate should have strong manufacturing industry exposure with expertise in HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training & development, statutory compliance, and administration management.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability to handle teams, drive organizational development, and build a positive work culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations:
- Lead complete HR & Admin functions of the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain discipline and healthy industrial relations within the organization.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, engineers, and workers.
- Develop effective hiring strategies for technical and non-technical manpower.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Build talent pipeline for critical manufacturing positions.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Prepare and implement annual training calendar.
- Conduct leadership, behavioral, technical, and skill development programs.
- Monitor employee performance improvement through training initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor HR & Admin team effectively.
- Build accountability and performance-oriented culture.
- Guide subordinates in daily HR and administrative operations.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance under:
- Factory Act
- PF
- ESIC
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- CLRA
- Minimum Wages
- Industrial Relations matters
- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors.
Administration:
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility management.
- Ensure smooth plant administration and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee welfare and workplace discipline.
Performance Management:
- Drive KPI/KRA system and performance appraisal process.
- Support management in organizational development initiatives.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
