- Engage children through meaningful conversations, games, activities, and creative experiences.
- Foster confidence, curiosity, creativity, communication, and independent thinking.
- Provide personalized, screen-free, in-home learning experiences for children aged 3–10 through trained facilitators who engage them in reading, art & craft, creative play, communication, and confidence-building activities.
- Understand each child's interests, strengths, personality, and learning style.
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
- Conduct engaging activities that support holistic child development.
- Encourage children to express their ideas, thoughts, and opinions.
- Build positive, professional relationships with children.
- Observe progress and share feedback with the Kedorra team.
- Follow Kedorra's mentoring approach and child safety standards.
- Participate in training and continuously improve mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹9,713.23 - ₹21,000.00 per month
