Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, educational content, advertisements, and promotional materials. The candidate should have strong video editing skills, creativity, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos for various digital platforms.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and educational content.
- Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and synchronization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Maintain and organize video assets, project files, and media libraries.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.
- Revise and modify videos based on feedback from management and clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is preferred.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, and storytelling concepts.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in editing social media content, reels, and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and video optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-based video editing tools.
- Experience in creating promotional and marketing videos.
