Position Overview
Prakash International School is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead the school with excellence. The Principal will be responsible for providing academic leadership, ensuring high-quality education, managing school operations, supporting teachers, and fostering a safe, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the school.
* Ensure implementation of the CBSE curriculum and compliance with board guidelines.
* Develop strategies to improve students’ academic performance and overall development.
* Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
* Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive school culture.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community.
* Plan and monitor school budgets, infrastructure, and resource utilization.
* Organize staff meetings, workshops, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
* Promote innovation, digital learning, and continuous school improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and educational regulations.
Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in any discipline.
* B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized institution.
* Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience.
* At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator preferred).
Required Skills
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Sound knowledge of CBSE policies, NEP 2020, and school administration.
* Excellent planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP, digital teaching platforms).
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Salary
* Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
