Fujishka Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ERP Software Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounts knowledge, and the ability to support clients in ERP software-related activities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide ERP software support to clients
* Handle customer queries and troubleshoot software issues
* Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
* Assist clients with software usage and training support
* Maintain client communication and follow-ups
* Prepare reports using Excel and Word
* Ensure timely response and professional customer handling
Requirements:
* Basic Accounts Knowledge
* Good Computer Knowledge (Excel & Word)
* Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
* Ability to Work in a Team
* Experience in Software & Hardware Support is preferred
Preferred Candidates:
* Candidates with ERP support experience
* Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply
