About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our Real Estate Sales team as interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to property sales, client interaction, lead generation, site visits, and real estate market research. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Assist clients throughout the property buying process.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested customers and maintain lead records in CRM.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Research local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Assist in marketing activities, property promotions, and events.
Location: Varanasi and Kanpur
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
