1. Conduct routine inspections during production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Monitor critical process parameters and identify deviations.
3. Recommend corrective actions to prevent quality defects.
4. Inspect finished products before dispatch.
5. Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality checklists.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and company Quality Management System (QMS).
7. Participate in quality improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives.
8. Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices
9. Record and analyze test results accurately.
10. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Requirements:
Qualification : DME / DEEE
Previous Experience of 1-2 years in Sheet Metal Industry is Mandatory.
Freshers willing to learn can also apply.
Candidates willing to relocate to Coimbatore can also apply.
Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
