Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare, sales, service, and operational data to support strategic business decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, and the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Analysis
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze sales, service, patient, inventory, and operational data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for management review.
Business Intelligence
- Monitor sales performance across products, regions, and teams.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Analyze patient compliance and therapy adherence data.
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Automation
- Create and maintain MIS reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes.
- Develop Excel-based tools, trackers, and dashboards.
- Support CRM and ERP data analysis requirements.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and Management teams.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Support strategic projects and business planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Dashboards).
- Google Sheets and Workspace.
- Power BI / Tableau preferred.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
