Location: Hyderabad
Requirements:
18-25 years of experience as a leader in construction projects that are at least 3-4 million in area
Experience with projects that are minimum 40+ floors high.
Experience in leading and guiding teams in assigning activities, complete the tasks and projects in time and deliver and handover projects
Experience in tower-to-tower connections in the form of bridges/walkways at high levels.
Experience in working with different facade types and complete knowledge in methods of installation
Knowledge in structural analysis and understanding of behavior of concrete structures, transfer structures, load behaviors, concrete technology, aluminum formwork, etc.,
Experience and fundamental knowledge in executing MEP related works, knowledge in dependencies, commissioning strategies etc,
Experience in setting quality and safety standards and coordinate with respective leads for implementation of quality and safety method plans during construction
Experience in delivering projects with high-end finishes
Experience working with international design consultants and material supply vendors is a plus.
Roles:
Head a project of size 5 million SFT
Lead teams of size 40-50 TQC engineers
Be SPOC for Client and provide value addition suggestions as and when required.
Direct and guide contractors and subcontractors for successful completion of tasks.
Have control over the construction at all levels and provide periodic updates to client and internal management.
Review and publish daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
Assess the project status and drive teams to successful adherence to schedule at all times.
Have control over project duration and cost and forecast a six month look ahead plan for every two months.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders at all levels for reviewing the projects' procurement and progress status.
Keep track of resources' deployment at all times and alert client on the deployment schedule at least 2 months in advance.
Track TQC invoices' generation, approvals of invoices and payments. Always make sure there are no outstanding payments at any cost.
