We are hiring a Property Sourcing Executive.
Fairdeal Realtors Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven Property Sourcing Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. Since 1995, we have been a trusted leader in the Indian commercial real estate market, having served over 5,000 large and medium commercial clients across 8 metropolitan cities. Overview:
- Position: Property Sourcing Executive
- Location: Western Suburb, South Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: Fixed Sundays off and alternate Saturdays off (2nd and 4th)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Verification: Identify and verify prime commercial office, retail, and industrial spaces across Mumbai.
- Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property insights through continuous on-site visits and online channels.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update clean data logs in our CRM system.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide direct operational and inspection support to the sales team.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vehicle: Must own a 2-wheeler or bike with a valid driver's license.
- Travel: Completely comfortable with daily travel across various Mumbai locations.
- Education: Undergraduate or graduate degrees are welcome.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
- Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
